These terms govern your access to and use of The Cap Stack, operated by Simple Capital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure. You must not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it without authorisation.

The Cap Stack provides capital-readiness scoring, structuring analysis and capital-discovery tools. Outputs are decision-support, not financial, legal or investment advice, and do not guarantee any funding outcome. You remain responsible for your decisions.

You retain ownership of the data and documents you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to process them to provide the service. You confirm you have the right to share any information you submit.

Some features rely on third-party providers. Your use of those features may be subject to the providers’ own terms, and we are not responsible for their services.

We may update, suspend or discontinue features, and we may revise these terms. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of competent jurisdiction in India will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless your written agreement with us states otherwise.
